At checkout you'll be able to choose from regular or express shipping, or local pickup from the Rockstars and Royalty studio or Flazeda Hub in Canberra.
All in-stock items will be packed and posted within 2 business days of you placing your order. You will be notified of the tracking number once it's on its way to you. Please be aware that that due to Covid lockdowns and restrictions your parcel may take longer to arrive than usual.
All made-to-order items will ship as soon as they have been made. Please see the individual item pages for more information about timeframes.
Local Pickup (Canberra)
All local pick-up orders for in-stock items will be available to collect the same day for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Please allow 4 hours between ordering and your order being ready for pickup. If you need something faster, call Vicky on 0432264498 for pickup availability. ***All pickups are contactless during the ACT covid lockdown. You will receive an email or text message with pickup instructions after placing your order***
We also offer free pickup from Flazeda Hub and will deliver there every Monday and Wednesday. Choose this option, along with your desired delivery date at checkout. Please allow 24 hours between placing your order and the delivery date for us to process and pack the order. ***Pickup from Flazeda is currently unavailable due to the ACT covid lockdown***
Shipping and Delivery
Due to the changes in how VAT and tax is collected we are currently unable to ship to the UK, Europe or Canada.
We currently ship to customers in Australia, USA, and New Zealand. Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All express orders are posted with tracking and insurance and will need to be signed for on delivery. You are responsible for any customs charges. Rockstars and Royalty cannot be held responsible for any delays after your order is posted. Please allow extra time for delivery due to Covid delays.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of rockstarsroyalty.com.
