Can I cancel my order?

No, you can’t cancel your order once it’s placed, so please double check all the details carefully before you check out. If there’s a problem after you’ve placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my order isn’t right?

If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible. Make sure you keep your order in an unworn, unaltered condition with all the tags attached, or we won’t accept it as a return.

How do I return my garment?

Contact us and we will send you all the information that you need to return your order. All orders will need to be returned to us in an unworn, unaltered condition with the tags still attached. Any orders that arrive back to us that don’t meet this condition will be returned to you and you won’t receive a remake or credit, so please be very careful when trying your order on.

Do you refund or remake?

If you are returning your order because it doesn’t fit or because you’ve changed your mind, you will have the choice of a store credit, or a remake to the original design chosen. We only refund for orders that are made incorrectly or are faulty. If you want your remake to be a different design, we will issue you with store credit which you can use to place a new order.

Remake timeframe

It will take 4 weeks for us to remake your order from the date that we receive your proof of posting your return.

How do I use store credit?

Store credit can be used at checkout. You’ll receive instructions on how to spend your store credit when it is issued to you.

What sizes do your dresses come in?

Our adult dresses are currently available in sizes Aus 8 -18 with the option to mix and match the sizes at the bust, waist and hips to get the right for you. We’re currently working on getting the fit and sizing right for some smaller and larger sizes and hope to be able to offer all the dresses in a mix and match size range of Aus 4 – 28 in the near future. Our skirts are available in sizes Aus 4 - 28.

How do I know what size I am?

Our size guide, how to measure guide and how to measure video (coming soon) will help guide you on which size to order. If you need more help and advice, just message us and we will advise you.

Your sizing is different to the dress size that I usually buy

Size charts and sizing varies from brand to brand, so please order the sizes that match your measurements, even if it doesn’t match with the size that you might wear in other brands. Remember – you can mix and match your sizes at the bust, waist and hips to get the right fit for you.

What if I’ve put in the wrong measurements?

Please double check your measurements and the chosen sizes carefully as orders cannot be changed after they are placed. If you need help deciding what size to order, get in touch and we’ll help you.

What if I’ve chosen the wrong colour?

Please double check all the details of your chosen design as orders cannot be changed after they are placed. Fabric samples are available to order if you’d like to see and feel the fabrics in real life before you place an order.

Can I get a sample of the fabrics?

We know you love to see the colours and feel the fabrics before you order, so swatches of all our fabrics are available to order. All dress orders are delivered with a swatch of fabric included so that you don’t have to take the dress with you when you’re shopping for shoes or accessories, or for you to pass onto other suppliers for your event for colour matching.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary. See our shipping information page for more details.

Do you have an express order option?

No currently can't offer an express production option, but it is something that we hope to introduce in the future.

Do you deliver to a PO box?

No, we don’t deliver to a PO boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

All of products come with free shipping with tracking, signature on delivery and insurance.

Can I track my order?

All orders are posted with tracking and insurance. You will receive your tracking number and information on how to track your order when your order is posted.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will have to sign for your delivery on arrival.

How long will it take to make my order?

The manufacturing time varies depending on how many orders we receive. See our home page or any product page for the current production time.

How do I take care of my garment?

Care instruction labels are found on the inside of every garment. We provide a garment bag with all dress orders so that you have somewhere to hang and store your dress.

How do I reshape my birdcage veil?

When your birdcage veil arrives, it’s going to be flat from being in a box for shipping, but it’s easy to steam it back into shape. We’ve made a video to show you how.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal or credit cards.

Do you offer payment plans?

We don’t currently offer payment plans, but they’re something that we hope to introduce in the future.

Why are your dresses the prices that they are?

The price of our dresses and accessories represents the quality of materials that we use and that each order is made to your design and size choices. We don’t mass produce our products – each order is individually made with care.

Do you have a store?

No, we only sell online through this website. If you see any of our dresses for sale on another website, please let us know. Other than buying a second hand dress, this is the only place to buy a genuine Rockstars and Royalty product.
