Can I cancel my order?
No, you can’t cancel your order once it’s placed, so please double check all the details carefully before you check out. If there’s a problem after you’ve placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
What if my order isn’t right?
If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Make sure you keep your order in an unworn, unaltered condition with all the tags attached for clothing, and unused and uncut for supplies orders, or we won’t accept it as a return.

How do I know what size I am?
Our size guide will help guide you on which size to order. If you need more help and advice, just message us and we will advise you.
Your sizing is different to the size that I usually buy
Size charts and sizing varies from brand to brand and country to country, so please order the sizes that match your measurements, even if it doesn’t match with the size that you might wear in other brands.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We currently ship to customers in Europe, US, Canada and New Zealand. Shipping costs and times vary. See our shipping information page for more details. Due to the changes in how VAT is collected due to Brexit we are no longer able to ship to the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
All orders are posted with tracking and insurance. You will receive your tracking number and information on how to track your order when your order is posted.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can collect your order in person from the Rockstars and Royalty studio. Contactless pickup is available.
How do I take care of my garment?
Care instruction labels are found on the inside of every garment. If you need further advice, please get in touch.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept PayPal or credit cards.
Do you offer payment plans?
We don’t currently offer payment plans online, but they’re something that we hope to introduce in the future. If you would like to purchase and item on the website and need to organise a payment plan, just get in touch.
Why are your original designs the prices that they are?
The price of our corsets, clothing and accessories represents the quality of materials that we use and that each item is made in our Canberra studio. We don’t mass produce our products – each order is individually made with care.
Where else can I buy your products?
We only sell through our Canberra studio, online through this website, and occasionally at markets and events. If you see any of our designs for sale on another website, please let us know. This website is the only place to buy a genuine Rockstars and Royalty design.
