Returns & Refunds

All refunds are made at the discretion of Rockstars & Royalty.

rockstarsroyalty.com handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If there is a problem your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with a valid reason for return. For faulty goods we will offer to repair or replace the fault. If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, we will resend the missing or incorrect item. All orders are thoroughly checked and clothing orders are photographed before sending. 

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Postage costs are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.

All refunds are made at the discretion of rockstarsroyalty.com and all items must be returned in an unworn, unaltered condition with all of the labels still attached for garments, and unused and uncut for supplies. Failure to do so will exempt you for being eligible for a refund or replacement.

For sale and clearance items, any flaws, marks or defects are listed within the product description and will not be classes as faults for the purposes or exchange, repair or refund, so please choose carefully and ask any further questions before ordering. 

We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice, so please ask any questions you have before ordering.
